After “wet ballots” scandal, here comes another shocker – unused/excess shaded ballots from Camarines Sur?

When it rains it, it really pours!

After the “wet ballots” from Bato, CamSur scandalized the public on day 1 of manual recount of votes in PET, another controversy on day 3 will keep the Robredo camp busy as the public floods them with more questions regarding allegations of cheating in her bailiwick.

Here’s what happened according to ABS-CBN’s Ina Reformina on Day 3 of the manual recount.

“Source: Unused/excess ballots for Municipality of Baao, Camarines Sur discovered containing shaded votes for VP Robredo in day3 of Marcos-Robredo manual recount”.

Replying to @InaReformina, netizen Mark Garcia @Abuka1023 replied:

“Di nakakapagtaka, sinabi na ni @noynoyaquino noong kampanya na gagawa sya ng paraan para di manalo si @bongbongmarcos sa pagka-Vice President, galit kayo sa pandaraya na ginawa nina Garcillano at Arroyo pero pandaraya ng @LiberalPH at kampon ng mga dilawan, ok lang, disente nga!”

Netizen troyzaratedeleon @troyzdeleon couldn’t help but wonder, “Did the storm also do this too? #RecountNotReCheat”

Leo Corpuz @LeodcorpuzRN asked Ina Reformina, “So totoo nga na may dayaan talaga… Hay naku Madam Leni…”

Melchor Vergara @melchor_vergara said the discovery of unused shaded votes is masterminded by a decent party.

“unused but pre-shaded ballots, the work of the disente party”

Roberto Cruz @Roberto12727349 said he is not surprised since PNoy has been very vocal against a Marcos winning the VP race. “Hindi kataka taka kung ano man pandaraya mga lumabas.
Dahil na budgetan yan ni Panot.
Na sinabi mismo kahit ikamatay nya .Huwag mabalik sa posisyon ang Marcos.
Saka sila pa nsa posisyon nung nag halalan. Kaya gumana magic at hokus pcos..”

The allegation of pre-shaded ballots in 2016 election is not new.

After the election, this photo from ARMM circulated on social media wherein these people were caught on photos pre-shading ballots in favor of Liberal Party candidates.
