Blogger to Mayor Elsa Navarro of Clarin Misamis Occidental: How can you afford several Hermes bags with your salary?

Papaano ka naka-afford ng NAPAKARAMING HERMES at iba pang luxury bags?

This is the question social media blogger Sass Rogando Sasot posed on Facebook addressed to Mayor Elsa Navarro of Clarin, Misamis Occidental.

Sass is curious to know how Mayor Elsa Navarro can afford to buy such expensive luxury items when looking at her Facebook profile it says she is a mere business manager of Daisy Pawnshop in Ozamiz, City.

If you’d take the time to check the image below (Duterte’s drug matrix), the husband of Elsa Navarro was named in the drug matrix, the incumbent Mayor of Clarin, Mis. Occ..

The ostentatious display of the former Mayor of Clarin, Misamis Occidental, a 4th class municipality has been drawing negative reactions on social media.

Tsk!tsk! Tsk!”

Meanwhile, here’s an interesting insight why Hermes and other luxury designer bags are the favorite choice of people with questionable source of wealth.

The answer is most probably this. It’s a good way to launder dirty money.
“The study by Baghunter – an online marketplace for buying and selling luxury handbags – revealed that the Birkin bag far outperformed both the S&P 500 and the price of gold in the last 35 years.”
