Did Poe tells Duterte admin to do a Boracay in NCR like shutting down cities to fix traffic? TP finds senator’s lack of knowledge shocking!

Apparently reeling from President Duterte’s tirade on mainstream media calling her “atribida”, Poe lashed back telling Duterte to do a Boracay in NCR without emergency powers.

I look up to Google to see what “atribida” means in English and it says “cheeky, insolent, bold, audacious, impertinent.”

If you’ d recall, Poe said to Tugade during the senate hearing on Emergency Powers Act, if the Duterte admin can do it Boracay (cleanup), why can’t they do it in NCR?

TP or Thinking Pinoy said he was floored or shocked by Senator Grace Poe’s lack of knowledge.

TP remarked that Poe was wrong on this one very badly.

TP asked Poe if she’s ok that NCR is getting shut down for 6 months, bar visitors to come in and demolish buildings without advance notice and control the number of people?

TP stated we not talking yet of the economic disaster that follows when financial centers in BGC, Makati and government centers are shut down.

TP added that cities like Cebu, Davao and Cagayan de Oro and all urban areas are covered by the Emergency Powers Act, he asked Poe if we need to shut these cities down?

TP wnet on to educate Poe that Boracay case is different from NCR and other major PH cities. For example, Boracay was small and the economy is primarily tourism and it is not critical area with respect to the overall well-being of PH economy and the governance.

Poe kay Department of Transportation – Philippines Sec. Art. Tugade [http://bit.ly/2O2393c].
