Retired broadcaster Jay Sonza is a prolific writer on socmed who regularly shares his opinion and analysis on every topic that trends on socmed, especially those that concerns politics.
So when Ms. Lea Salonga ranted on socmed against the Duterte government, Sonza did not waste a minute to give the singer-actress a good tongue lashing.
Sonza remarked that Salonga threw a tanrum on socmed after her home network was shut down because of multiple violations against Philippine laws.
In addition, Sonza said that Salonga was mad because the anti-terrorism bill is just waiting for President Duterte’s signature to officially become a law and stop terrorism in the country.
Sonza remarked he waited until Salonga issued a public apology but she didn’t.
‘Hinintay kong magkusa kang humingi ng paumanhin at patawad. Hindi mo ginawa.’
Sonza said Salonga went ballistic because a journalist who libeled a citizen was found guilty.
Sonza borrowed a line from the Philippine National anthem that goes, “from conquerors, we refused to be oppressed…and die for the country.” Sonza swore that when then paths crossed, he will make sure Salonga gets a taste of his love for the Philippines.
Sonza ended the post saying how he feels against fake people. ‘Bumubukal ang dugo ko sa mga HUWAD.’
