Lady lawyer joins conversation in Kim Chiu’s “ambush” story, fields several questions because she reckons there are few perfect crimes

Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles of the FB page “Luminous by Trixie Cruz-Angeles & Ahmed Paglinawan” has joined the conversation on the Kim Chiu “ambush” incident.

Angeles opened the FB post by saying she hoped the fans of Kim Chiu won’t take it against netizens having a lot of questions regarding the said ambush.

Atty. Trixie remarked that in the FB page Luminous, they are glad Chiu is ok because they shared the same experience like getting shot at on the way to a court hearing. Like Ms. Chiu, they proceeded to the court hearing because they were more scared at the judge than the gunmen. “Dito sa Luminous, we are glad she is ok and sa tutoo lang, parang kami yan eh.

However, Atty. Trixie wanted to ask several questions for the peace of mind of every one because as she said, there are very few perfect crimes.

Why was the bullet casing found inside the van. Did the gunshots fired from the inside?

Did she report the incident to the police? Why was the van not impounded to conduct forensics? Was the crime scene secured? For that matter, na secure ba yung crime scene?

Atty. Trixie praised Ms. Chiu for her professionalism and asked if she took the van with her to her (telemovie) shoot? She asked if the van isn’t part of the crime scene? If the slugs of the bullets were retrieved for the investigation.

Angeles clarified these questions she asked because if Ms Kim Chiu was wasn’t the real target, there is somebody whose life is in danger and it is imperative that the suspects are stopped.

Atty. Trixie hoped that Ms. Chiu can understand the importance of the investigation. As she said earlier, if Ms Chiu wasn’t the target, someone does. “Ms. Kung hindi ikaw yung target, SOMEONE’S LIFE IS IN DANGER OUT THERE.”

Angeles ended the FB post with a BIG IF conditional. Nawa’y maliwanagan tayong lahat.”

in the meantime, ingat ingat po.
