Lawyer explains to Karen Davila like she would to 5th grader why Celdran is guilty of offending religious feelings while Duterte isn’t

I’ve already posted an article re: Karen Davila’s tweet questioning the SC decision upholding conviction of Carlos Celdran for violating Art.133 in the Revised Penal Code.

The ABS-CBN broadcaster was literally schooled by twitterverse but we don’t know if Karen who has celebrity syndrome would welcome such from non-lawyers.

So let’s hope this Facebook post from lawyer Trixie Cruz-Angeles would reach at Karen Davila’s feed.

Moving forward, Angeles’s explanation was clear and concise in such a way that even a 5th grader can understand it.

Angeles said Davila tweet on Celdran and Duterte was like comparing apple to santol.

Ms. Karen Davila compares apples with santol.

Carlos Celdran performed acts that the court deems offensive to the feelings off the faithful, IN A PLACE DEVOTED TO RELIGIOUS WORSHIP.

The president wasn’t in church when he mouthed off.

By the way, ang initial conviction ni Carlos was January 2013.
