“The CPP NPA NDF is losing.”
This is the bold statement of Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles of the FB page Luminous by Trixie Cruz-Angeles & Ahmed Paglinawan on her latest FB post.
According to Atty. Trixie, their numbers in the mountains are dwindling, as per AFP’s claim. The spate of successful arrests of members of their front organizations further decimated their ranks.
Atty. Trixie credited the following factors to the AFP’s early success.
May cheering squad pa.”
Atty. Trixie admitted that in the traditional media, the fight is still being waged but she noted that the numbers are growing, in terms of journalist getting the news from social media.
Atty. Trixie snickered at the predictable excuses of the Reds and their front organizations.
Atty. Trixie gave weight to the testimonies of former NPA cadres, making it difficult for cause oriented groups to deny that they are part of the CPP NPA NDF network. According to her, even if they put up a fight, it would be a losing endeavor.
Lumaban man sila dito, sobrang dehado na.”
Atty. Trixie bared CPP NPA NDF’s last ace is to seek the audience of international bodies or organizations and get their support and raise funds.
Atty. Trixie ended the FB post by urging netizens and Filipinos to stay vigilant.
“Dyan tayo dapat vigilant ngayon.”
