Manila Bulletin writer says Pope admitting the sins of the Church “big win for President Duterte”, tells LP to wave white flag!

Bishops and priests keeping nuns as sex slaves?

Well, this is what Pope Francis told reporters while on a historic tour in the Middle East, a predominantly Muslim countries.

The news has sent shockwaves across the world, particularly Catholics like me who hold our priest in high regard.

According to the BBC News article dated February 6, 2019, a female congregation named Community of St. Jean based in France was dissolved in 2005 when Pope Benedict was still the head of the Catholic church due to some priests behaving in ways that went against chastity.

In light of Pope Francis’ admission, Manila Bulletin writer Krizette Chu has taken to Facebook to rub it on the faces of the local church leaders (calling CBCP) and opposition politicians saying that the Pope’s admission is a huge win for President Duterte.

Chu remarked that is not a good time to be an opposition in light of Pope Francis’ admission.

Why? Because these politicians who bank on the purity of the church who reckon that virtue of association, they are thought to be pure themselves.

Meanwhile, Chu suggested that perhaps time is ripe to write to the Pope and tell him about our local church leaders who ask money from politicians and in return politicians are given the go signal to use church pulpit as their stage to preach?

Maybe it’s time to write the Pope and tell him about the cars your bishops ask from Presidents or your corrupt Priests who allow politicians to use–ACTUALLY STAND AND PREACH–on the actual pulpit huh, Soc Villegas?

Chu postulated that the Opposition has banked on two major allies to unseat Duterte:
Hillary Clinton and the Catholic church.

Since Hillary lost and now the issue of sex slavery plaguing the Catholic church, Chu told the Opposition it’s time to wave the white flag.

The Pope admitting, and even, revealing, the sins of the Church he leads is a big win for President Duterte, who has repeatedly called out the hypocrisy of the Catholic bishops.

Nuns as sex slaves? Altar boys raped? This Pope will not look the other way. What a bad time to be the Opposition, who has always banked on the purity of the Church, so by virtue of association, they are thought to be pure themselves.

Maybe it’s time to write the Pope and tell him about the cars your bishops ask from Presidents or your corrupt Priests who allow politicians to use–ACTUALLY STAND AND PREACH–on the actual pulpit huh, Soc Villegas?

Wala na kayong maipagmamalaki. Mismong leader niyo kinakahiya ang katarantaduhan nang Simbahan.

The Opposition has banked on two major allies to unseat Duterte.

The US, but Hillary lost. The Catholic Church, but the church no longer has the power to fool people to follow them politically–especially when it has many faults of its own, and that Pope Francis is not a Conservative leader. Pope Francis has NEVER CALLED OUT Duterte, and even has released statements about countries needing to fight the drug menace.

All in all, it’s really time to wave the white flag, LP.
