“Mr. Unprecedented!” This is how a lawyer wants to call President Duterte from now on. Find out why!

In a Facebook post, lawyer Trixie Cruz-Angeles tells her social media followers that she intends to stop calling Duterte “President” anymore but “Mr. Unprecedented!”

According to Google, “unprecedented” means never done or known before.

So what did President Duterte accomplish to deserve such superlative compliment?

Well, according to Angeles, “900,000 Filipino students who enrolled in 112 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) for academic year 2017-2018 benefited from the PhP 8 billion Grant of Free Tuition in SUCs. The waived cost of tuition enhanced the opportunity for Filipino students to enroll without the burden of tuition payments.”

If you think Duterte’s predecessors had done of this magnitude in terms of providing free education to the Filipino college students, feel free to dispute Angeles calling PRRD “Mr. Unprecedented!”

I really want to not call Duterte “president” anymore.

Enter Duterte.

Ayon sa accomplishment report: Close to 900,000 Filipino students who enrolled in 112 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) for academic year 2017-2018 benefitted from the PhP 8 billion Grant of Free Tuition in SUCs. The waived cost of tuition enhanced the opportunity for Filipino students to enroll without the burden of tuition payments.

Let us read the comments below of social media and see if they agree with Angeles’ sentiment.

“The very best President in the Philippines”

Also, free tuition DOES NOT ADDRESS POOR QUALITY OF EDUCATION. I don’t know if Sec. Briones is addressing the poor quality of textbooks that we have. Sana mag improve Naman yung quality of books natin.”
