In a Facebook post, the netizen named Ivan Kenneth Tobias Ana wrote in his timeline the whimsical suggestion for Mayor Duterte to ponder on, a month before the voters cast their ballots.

Mr. Ivan Kenneth Tobias who works in the BPO industry wrote that the complaints department is open for the public–complaints which will either be resolved real time or be escalated in a very organized process with a transparent turn around time.

In addition, the complaints department will act as a mediator between citizens against the government or private establishments and businesses and educate the complainants of the correct processes in regards to their complaints.

On top of the complaints department, the netizen hopes to replicate 911 in the entire archipelago akin to the 911 in the US, Canada and Davao City.

The netizen offers to work in Duterte’s “Complaints Department” even if the salary is lower compared to the private sector because he said, the prices of commodities are affordable in a Duterte presidency.

Mr. Tobias Ana adds that working in the service of the people is a source of pride and joy for the sake of a better Philippines. Not the exact words but you get the gist.

Sana Mayor, if maging presidente kana, magkakaron ng call center that caters complaints open for the public–complaints which will either be resolved real time or be escalated in a very organized process with transparent turn around time.

Naiimagine ko na yung mga spiels for receiving these type of calls like “hello, complaints department, go ahead with your concerns please”

“Sorry for the inconvenience sir, i will attend to this right away.

Of course, like 911, this complaints department will be accessible sa lahat.

It will be my pleasure to work as a call center agent sa complaints department na to smile emoticon kahit pa siguro minimum wage (besides bababa na ang cost of living sa bansa lalo na pag nadecongest na ang manila).

Sana Mayor, if maging presidente kana, magkakaron ng callcenter that caters complaints open for the public–complaints…
