A CCTV video showing a red plate vehicle abandoned a woman high on illegal drugs at the side of C6 highway in Tanay Rizal is making the rounds online.
Based on the CCTV footage, an L300 van with red plate (government vehicle) pulled on the side of the C6 road near the pumping station in Taytay, Rizal at around 1 PM on February 6, 2017.
Shortly, a woman in yellow shirt and a group of men alighted from the vehicle. One of the men pushed the woman in yellow short,causing her to fell to the pavement, bottom first.
The L300 van sped away as soon as they unload the woman.
Before long, the woman started to undone her clothes, then peed while still sitting on her bottom.
Next, the woman stood up and started dancing in the middle of highway.
Moments later, the traffic enforcers arrived, followed by the Taytay rescue. The woman resisted but eventually, she was brought to the mental hospital.
According to the rescuers, the woman showed signs of being raped; she also kept mumbling the names of Ace, Jennifer and Gwardiya.
According to Jane Sicat, In-Charge of Taytay CCTV Command Center, the rescuers is having a hard time in establishing the identity of the woman.
“Hindi sya nagpakilala or what. Di makuha ng mga rescuers kung nao ang tunay niyang pangalan. And according to them, para daw itong bangag, lango sa shabu.Namamaga ang maselang bahagi ng kanyang katawan.Sinasabi daw pi ng babae ay kung di daw sya gagamit ng illegal na droga, natatakot daw syang saktan.”
As of this writing, the authorities are still conducting an investigation as to what government agency or LGU unit owned the vehicle with red plate number SKR 871.

The CHR, the Catholic Church and the bishops did not escape the netizens wrath as they bore the brunt of the netizens anger after hearing that the woman was drugged before she was sexually abused.
“Hopefully napanood ito ng mga CBCP and sa mga politiko humaharang sa death penalty,,, kung nag aalala kau sa mga adik,, asan simpatya nyo sa mga biktima. Kung kau ang kriminal at alam nyo my bitay na pinatutupad ggawa pa ba kau ng kalukuhan,” Julius Aldrin Roluna wrote.
“So where are the human rights advocates? Ipagtanggol nyo na ang mga hayop at halang ang kaluluwang rapist !? Dyan naman kayo magaling… I hope matuloy na ang death penalty so justice can be served,” Jerelle Baun Baitlon furiously asked took a swipe at the human rights advocates after watching the video.
Netizen Kumara de Borja lashed at Sen. Hontiveros: “Hoy hontivirus sagutin mo ngayun ito kakapigil nyo sa death penalty maslalong dumarami ang rape case at killi ng sa bansa useless senator manny ipaglaban mo ang death penalty.”
