A new video surfaces lately attempting to disprove the claim made by VP Binay that he is merely a victim of black propaganda by rivals out to derail his presidential bid.
In a Facebook post shared more than 9,000 times, the Facebook Page No to Binay 2016 uploaded the video to present the argument that VP Binay is a lying politician undeserving of our votes come 2016.
In the beginning of the video, the netizens are presented with an excerpt of the TV ad of VP Binay.
In the TV ad, VP Binay appealed to the TV viewers not to believe what they have heard about him in the Senate hearing because he said, they are nothing but mere black propaganda out to destroy his four-decade legacy as a true public servant.
VP Binay expressed the pain of being crucified in the Senate hearing by political rivals determined to pull him down using baseless accusations reinforced with manufactured evidences.
The VP claimed his camp sent tons of evidences and documents to the Senate, but were outright rejected and hidden somewhere to collect cobwebs because his political enemies have only one thing in mind – to hide the truth from the public.
NOW, THE COUNTER-PUNCH
The video is actually inspired by the recent statement made by Senator Trillanes during a Senate hearing where in the VP Binay accuser and bitter rival belied the claim of VP Binay that “my camp sent tons and tons of documents to the Senate” on one of his TV ad.
According to Senator Trillanes, the documents being claimed by VP Binay as ‘his’ are actually the documents or evidences against the latter.
Senator Trillanes, being the smart aleck that he is, quickly pricked the ego of the Vice President.
The senator countered by showing the few documents amounting to several pages presented by the camps of the Vice President. And this he said were sent by virtue of a subpoena, not voluntarily. This is in contrast to the claim by VP Binay’s camp.
