#probusiness: This is the behind the scenes story of ENDO or Security of Tenure bill according to fearless DDS blogger Mark Lopez!

If you have been following the news on TV or getting your news updates on social media, the President has been harshly criticized, and worse maligned for vetoing the Security of Tenure or ENDO bill.

Criticism from the opposition senators like Hontiveros and Recto was expected and acceptable.

But, when the criticism comes from a known ally like Senator Migz Zubiri, many DDS find it hard to swallow.

But wait until you read the explosive Facebook post of fearless DDS blogger Mark Lopez exposing the backdoor story behind the ENDO or Security of Tenure Bill and you will get the idea how dirty the brand of politics being practiced in the country.

In a Facebook post dated July 30, 2019, Lopez claimed that the Security of Tenure or ENDO bill was watered down and pro-business and employers, hence PRRD vetoed the bill.

Lopez anchored his claim from the statement of ALU-TUCP spokesman Alan Tanjusay. According to Tanjusay, the Lower House version of the Security of Tenure bill authored by TUCP Partylist Rep. Raymond Mendoza were not integrated thru bicameral conference committee meeting that did not happen.

ENDO

Ralph Recto at Senator Migz Zubiri.

Ayan may mga statements pa sila na quoted ng media (check nyo yung website na nag feature kay Zubiri, ung “Now You Know” na isa sa mga unang nag share ng Bikoy video)

Kawawa naman si PRRD di ba? He was made to appear as the bad cop.

Pero ganito pala ang totoong nangyari, according to Sir Alan Tanjusay of the Trade Union Congress Of The Philippines:

“The SOT Senate Bill version is watered down to cater to the strong lobby of business and employers. When the Senate version was done, it was transmitted to the President hindi na in integrate sa House of Rep. version dahil according to business and employers, is stronger and stringent than Senate version.”

“The process was short-circuited. Thus, what was vetoed was a watered down version because the House of Rep. version were not integrated thru bicameral conference committee meeting that did not happened.”

“The House of Rep. was authored by TUCP Partylist Rep. Raymond Mendoza.”

1. The Senate version is watered down to cater or favor business and employers. Ito yung pinasa kay PRRD.

2. The House version was IGNORED. It was supposed to be the stronger version for workers.

Bakit ganun?

Senate President Vicente Tito Sotto, sir puede ba namin madinig ang side ng Senado?
