We’ve heard a lot of horror stories coming from NAIA lately, but after reading this? I found this post quite refreshing, for a change.
In a Facebook post shared more than 5,000 times, the netizen named Ron Lacson narrated a funny incident involving him and a female OFW from Hong Kong.
Ron Lacson recalled, he just arrived from Hong Kong and while claiming his luggage, he can’t help but noticed a Filipina lady who appeared to be panicking.
I arrived at the NAIA airport yesterday afternoon. Our flight came from Hong Kong. I noticed a Filipina lady – who was with the same flight I took – panicking and was coming back and forth to the conveyor belt that carried our luggage and bags.
Sensing something was wrong, Ron made the move to investigate the situation.
I could sense that she is also an OFW in Hong Kong. Hindi na ako nakatiis, nilapitan ko na siya (syempre, gusto ko din siyang tulungan …tsaka medyo pakl-alamero din ako minsan).
You may read the funny and witty conversation between the ‘first chance’ Filipina OFW and the helpful and patient traveler passenger below now.
Lesson learned: Don’t hesitate to help distress kababayans where ever you are. And please post it on FB. You will never know it may go viral like this.
What can you say abouty this post?
