She merely wanted to show some love to Duterte in FB; she got more in return when her post went viral

A boutique shop owner merely wanted to show some love to Duterte in FB by posting her photo, but she got more in return photo beyond her expectation!

What makes the photo special that merits the attention of a good number of people?

Duterte shirts in Ormoc

Well, the boutique shop owner decided to do something different by having her mannequins sport Duterte shirts, boldly announcing to the passersby that she is a Duterte supporter.

You may also call it a businessman’s instinct to join the bandwagon for self-promotion. At first glance, I thought the boutique owner simply want to ride the popularity of Mayor Duterte and make money from it by selling Duterte shirts.

But when I checked the comments, I found out she has no intention of selling the Duterte shirts, to the chagrin of the netizens who were interested to purchase a couple.

So one thing is clear: She is not trying to make money, but to show her friends that she is a big fan of Mayor Duterte and actively promoting him to her friends.

But check the caption of her post and you can tell how supportive the boutique owner to Mayor Duterte really is!

Dearest Rodrigo,

Im getting ready for your arrival… see you soon!

Love,
ANdrea

The boutique shop owner is identified as Andrea Larrazabal Tan, a member of the influential Larrazabal clan in Ormoc City, the moneyed sugar barons in Leyte.

A cousin of hers is running for Vice-Mayor of Ormoc City in tandem with Richard Gomez who is rumored to be supporting Grace Poe.

One thing is clear here: No candidate in recent history that has stoked the spirit of volunteerism and generated so much devotion from the voters other than mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
