In a Facebook post shared more than 2,000 times as of Saturday afternoon, the former child wonder in Philippine TV and cinema wrote how Mayor Duterte left her awe-struck with his sincerity; an instant convert to being his number one fan after that fateful meeting on February.

Ms. Seguerra first met Mayor Duterte during the blessing of the Mayor’s campaign headquarters at V.V Soliven Bldg in EDSA on February 3. The meeting and the blessing coincided with the dismissal of Duterte’s disqualification cases before the COMELEC and she considered these as a good omen for things to come.

The Day We Met Our President.

It was that fateful day of February 3 when we were invited to attend the blessing of his campaign headquarters at V.V Soliven bldg in Edsa. That same day too, his disqualification cases were dismissed. What a good sign.
From muslim groups, to NGOs, representatives ng iba’t ibang probinsya, mga former military personnel, some members of the press, nandun lahat para magbigay ng suporta sa kanya.

This production company CinEmotion Digital Films, has been rendering their services to capture Mayor Duterte during his campaign rallies and share it in social media. Wala kasing malaking pondo and kampanya. Nakakatouch.

Kami on our end, we will be joining his rallies para magpakita ng suporta.

We met him—Was given the opportunity to listen to him at wala pang limang minuto, We were able to go beyond the not-so-good first impressions about him. He surely is not your typical presidentiable. He is honest and to the point but his fervor and patriotism is truly admirable. Feeling ko aatakahin sya sa puso whenever he talks about going after criminals and corrupt government officials dahil ramdam mo ang gigil nya. His frustrations lead him to curse yeah, although parang halata mo pinipigilan na nya magmura dahil siguro napagsasabihan sya. Mas endearing tuloy ngayon sya pakinggan dahil umeeffort talaga. He is very spontaneous—Walang script. He speaks his mind pero may sense lahat and it echoes the sentiments at mga hinaing nating mga mamamayan. He addresses issues with so much practicality and offers realistic solutions without the flowery words.

But most of all, ang meron sya na wala sa iba na talaga namang hinangaan ko ay kanyang SINSERIDAD. He may appear tough and filled with machismo, but his heart and mind are in the right place—-his love for country and fellow men, the intention to protect, uphold and move towards progress is so much alive in him.

Kaya Digong, nasa tabi nyo kami. We will speak for you because we believe in you.

For those who have their own opinions about him and are not convinced, take the time to REALLY listen. Behind his hirits and his sarcasm, na if you take literally eh talagang matatakot ka…there is a great leader who’s political will is so strong it can change a nation. Thats what we need.

Wag ninyo kami pagmukhaing tanga at bobo just because we don’t share the same opinion. Kanya-kanyang manok lang yan.

The Day We Met Our President. It was that fateful day of February 3 when we were invited to attend the blessing of his…
