Viral video of NPA rebels simulating bus hijacking in remote mountain lair earns scorn of social media

If not for the declaration of Martial Law in Mindanao, the NPA’s plan of hijacking a bus from an undetermined location would have push through.

This is the assertion of the FB page “Being Filipino – Boyet ‘Bay’ Saavedra” after the discovery of the video showing NPA insurgents practicing their planned attack of an unidentified bus has been nipped in the bud.

In the video, several men can be seen practicing their every movements of the planned hijacking; one group playing as the bus passengers and the bus driver, while the other group acting as the hijackers.

The NPA guerillas even built a makeshift bus to make the simulated attack as realistic as possible.

The video is only 140 seconds in length but it is enough to know what the NPA guerillas were cooking something despite speaking in the Bisayan language.
