A post warning Mar Roxas not to cheat on the May 2016 presidential election via the PCOS machines has been doing the rounds online.

In a Facebook post shared more than 260 times, a netizen published the screenshot photos containing the warning allegedly issued by Anonymous Philippines to the Liberal presidential bet which they believed were planning to win the election by cheating.
In the post, a member of Anonymous Philippines says and I quote:
Greetings to Mar Roxas! Alam ko na gusto mong manalo bilang Presidente…alam ko na ayaw mo magpatalo.alam ko rin na rin mandaya ka gamit ang PCOS machines…pasensyasahan na po tayo kung mandadaya ka sa eleksyon, say goodbye to your BANK ACCOUNTS. (Greetings to mar Roxas! I understand you want to win the presidential election. Please bear with us if you choose to cheat the election. say goodbye to your BANK ACCOUNTS.)

Meanwhile, Anonymous Philippines also asked the Commission on Election (COMELEC) to implement the security features of the PCOS machines, otherwise, the election body will feel the brunt of the hacker’s wrath by threatening to sabotage the election result.
To serve as a warning, the Anonymous Philippines defaced the poll body’s website on Sunday, March 27 near midnight and reiterated their demands to the Comelec. Please read the message of Anonymous Ph below:

FYI, not all hacking activities are illegal. There are “ethical hackers”. They are paid to do deliberate hacking to test the vulnerability of the requestor’s website. I’m an IT and I have been attending seminars regarding hacking. Hacking can still be done “ethically”.
