The family of rape victim Mabel Cama says they are very disappointed with the Catholic Church and the Commission on Human Rights.
Reynaldo Cama, father of Mabel, aired his gripes to a PTV news reporter when it visited the wake of the 22-year- old bank employee, whose body was burned when discovered in a Pasig City garage.
“While the CHR and Catholic church are very noisy when drug suspects are killed during police operations, the two have been eerily silent in light of the rape-slay news of his daughter Mabel,” Reynaldo said.
Likewise, the grieving father reiterates the call for justice for his daughter who was raped, killed and burned by drug addict suspects.
Netizen Michael Eslabon Saboya says: “Im proud for being a Roman Catholic but I condemn the actions of CBCP and CHR for their support to those drug user and other criminals. They are stupid and destroyer of the Filipino who want unity and peace to our country.”
