Have you wondered why the Kamatayan Bloc este Makabayan Bloc moved heaven and earth to stop the Anti-Terror Act from being signed into law by President Duterte?
Well, Atty. Nick Nañgit of the FB page Nick Nañgit – NCN Law will discuss the importance of the Anti-Terror Act, not merely in compliance with the UN Security Council’s call vs terrorism.
First, Atty. Nick explained the Anti-Terror Act was the government’s response to prevent the Philippines from getting into the so-called worldwide Grey List. Otherwise, the country will face dire consequences like damage our ability to attract investment, damage our economy and ability to transact money with the outside world.
Second, the Anti-Terror Act strengthens the country’s Anti-Money Laundering Law. According to Atty. Nick the ATA prevents the entry of money used to finance terrorism.
Meanwhile, Atty. Nick remarked this Kamatayan bloc was invited to attend the senate hearing, because of the expose of former NPA cadres of leftist movement how children and women were exploited by the CPP NPA NDF. However, they did not show up, even online.
If the Anti-Terror Act was good news to the country, Atty. Nick lamented the Makabayan bloc is the bad news. We don’t want them, many Filipinos are but since the Cory Constitution created it, they are elected to office we can’t easily shoo them away in Congress.
Unless, the leadership of the HoR (House of Representatives) order a disciplinary action against Makabayan Bloc lawmakers or the former cadres, who surrendered or those directly affected by the Makabayan bloc lawmakers and have personal knowledge file a case.
Atty. Nick lamented the Makabayan Bloc have caused irreparable damage of the noble intention of the party-list system, which give representation or voice to the “marginalized” sectors of our society. Until the law that allows party-list system is not repealed or amended, the Makabayan Bloc will remain in the HoR and receive their salaries .
Atty. Nick remarked that the tentacles of the Leftist groups are extremely careful because that’s how they run their organization as per testimony of former NPA cadre. Gathering solid evidences to pin them down in our courts is very difficult.
Atty. Nick admitted that as of now, the only thing we can do against them is to make noise in socmed, so that the general public will be informed about the deceptive nature of the Leftist group because the mainstream media refuses to expose them. Instead, they deviate the issue.
Atty. Nick reminded netizens the Leftist movement have infiltrated many sectors in our society for many decades now.
Atty. Nick has a name for it.
Likewise the system of money laundering, Atty. Nick remarked.
Atty. Nick described the Leftist group organized in terms of their finances.
Atty. Nick said the Leftist movement aren’t stupid for them to achieve their goal. They don’t wish to change the system. Their aim is to unseat the government and lead the country themselves to install their crooked Communist ideology.
Atty. Nick reckoned the Dilawan and the Leftist movement are into power sharing. He said the Oligarchy are playing safe as long as the wallets of the wealthy are full of money and they are not getting entangled or harassed.
Atty. Nick said to achieve their goal, they urge the innocents and flare up the emotions of the poor. The victims (female) are unaware they will be used as the object to satisfy the NPA Commander’s needs or the buffer in every armed encounter with soldiers. In other words, the Filipinos were exploited by colonizers, until now we are exploited by fellow Pinoys.
Meanwhile, Atty. Nick revealed that the Leftist movement only wants the Filipinos to fight one another so that economy will collapse in order to recruit more people to their forces. The Leftist movement will not inform their members that they are disposable.
Atty. Nick ask if you still wonder why the country’s march to progress is slow? Regret always comes at the end, Atty. Nick reminded us.
Atty. Nick campaigned against the Makabayan bloc this early.
