A 29-second Tiktok video which captured Leni Robredo’s awkward moment and potentially another PR nightmare for her campaign team because it runs counter to Robredo’s sweet and “Nanay ng bansa” image has been making the rounds on Facebook recently.
The video was uploaded by a netizen using the alias Gelo San and has gone very viral on Facebook more than 24 hours after it was published, generating 15,000+ reactions and 418,000+ views as of this writing.
Gelo San’s caption to describe Leni’s Tiktok video was the giveaway, giving netizens a glimpse of what to expect when watching the short video.

The Tiktok was apparently captured by a member of Robredo’s entourage who took the video while the vice president waved and said thank you to her noisy Leni Robredo for President placard-bearing supporters chanting “Robredo, Robredo” as the vehicle of the Vice President cruised the highway along Dasmarinas Cavite.
In the video, the Vice President can be seen sticking her neck out of the vehicle window for a few seconds while waving her hand as a gesture of appreciation to her supporters who waited patiently along the highway to see Leni Robredo in person. You can also hear Robredo uttering “Salamat, Salamat po, Thank You” to the crowd for a few seconds and the next second, she uttered, “Bilisan natin”.
The Vice President can be seen quickly changing her persona from “campaign to Vice President mode” in a second but when someone told her that they were recording a LIVE video, she quickly changed mode again to campaign mode with matching smile, very recognizable despite the face mask while telling the live video viewers that she was in Dasmarinas, Cavite.
Netizens who stumbled upon the video at Sass Rogando Sasot’s FB page can’t help but laugh at another of Robredo’s campaign blooper moments.
