Manny Pacquiao dared public to vet claim he took PolSci for 11 years. This blogger took the dare & guess what?

Senator Manny Pacquiao has time and time again said he is not a liar and corrupt when issuing public statements, especially interviewed by reporters about his exposé on alleged corruption in the government.

Pacquiao’s statement regarding his inability to lie is now starting to haunt him.

The critics of Senator Pacquiao like Sass Rogando Sasot of the FB page For the Motherland – Sass Rogando Sasot are eager to test Pacquiao’s “I am not a liar” claim and see if it holds water.

For starter, Sasot put to the test Pacquiao’s claim that he took Political Science for 11 years and the public can check it.

Sasot obliged and posted on Facebook what she unraveled about Pacquiao’s claim.

“Senator Manny Pacquiao said that he took Political Science for 11 years. I-check daw record. So I checked: He enrolled sa Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in General Santos City ng 2008. So less than a year niyo po tinapos ang Political Science at hindi 11 years…✌🏼”

Sasot’s quickly caught fire on Facebook, generating 18,915 reactions, 2,700 comments and 1,500+ shares and counting in just 7 hours.

Netizens who stumbled upon Sasot’s FB post have an animated exchange of opinions regarding the issue.

Commenting on the thread, one netizen wrote: “Checkmate. Pacman destroys his own reputation…sad for him…he will not win naman kahit natapos nya yan…may blueprint na taumbayan kung anong klaseng presidente dapat ang mamuno sa ating bansa…at hindi ikaw yun SMP.”

Utok ang kinahanglan maging presidente dli puro puso,” commented another netizen.

“Sinungaling pa ang pakyaw!! It only show he doesn’t understand what he is in for.. he cannot even differentiate business management from political science… spelling pa lang different na… ano ba yan!!!” chimed in another.

Meanwhile, some netizens offered an explanation how Pacquiao did it.

Baka na-consider yung pagiging politiko nya.

This netizen believed Pacquiao finished his PolSci course with the help of ETEEAP. However, he wants to know if UMak is accredited to to confer ETEEAP.

“Baka po by virtue of ETEEAP per CMO 54 s. 2016 ang basis ng pagkakaroon niya ng degree. Pero hindi aral yon. Evaluation lang of the documents pertaining to his experience…. Well, siguro with crash course for a fee… Ang next question is: Kung accredited, what are the bases of evaluation of UMAK, and how astringent was their evaluation?”

“UMak has its own equivalency program, that’s what i’ve read somewhere. Pero sa case nya looks like he has availed both business and polsci courses, which is strange. And he has plans of completing both masteral 😲 added another.

This netizen suggested that someone asks the opinion of UMak and CHED about the issue. “We should question makati university…bakit in 3months nakagraduate c Manny ..samantalang un iba 4yrs na paghihirapan ..it’s so unfair.. and it’s unfair ..We should ask CHED ..
