An irate netizen accused a senator, a former vice President of the Philippines and a lawyer-activist of hijacking the community pantry phenomenon to promote their hate propaganda versus the Duterte government.
Radio host and pro-Duterte blogger Mark Lopez opened the brief FB rant by praising the COMMUNITY PANTRY because of the beautiful message it brings to the Filipino – helping one another and not to rely everything to the government.
Lopez says he hope the two gentlemen (Senator Ping Lacson and Jojo Binay) will refrain from riding on the popularity of the community pantry thing to spout messages of hate versus Duterte because it is very, very obvious.
Lopez called Lacson and Binay two traditional politicians who are politicizing the issue.
“Dalawang Trapo na namumulitika.”
“Kaya sana, huwag na gamitin ng mga gagong ito na halatang halata naman ang mensahe ng hate campaign against Duterte.”
Lopez alleges that the two trapo are aided by the ‘fake’ media in spreading their agitation propaganda.
“Ang fake media nila na katulong nila sa agit-propaganda.”
A female lawyer activist and another not so familiar name aren’t spared from Lopez’s wrath either.
“At itong aktibong abogaga, at itong ranking na kasapi ng discredited CPP NPA at NDF.”
Lopez called the trio ‘stupid’ whose style of messaging is distinctly similar. ““Mga ogag na iisa ang linyada.“
“Masyado namang obvious,” Lopez added.
Lopez ended the brief FB rant by calling Lacson, Binay and the lawyer activist “shameless beasts”!
“Napaka walanghiya nitong mga hayop na ito.”
Lopez’s rant has reverberated across his FB followers.
One netizen writes that as Lopez argued, the community pantry has been hijacked by traditional politicians and the Leftist group for their own agenda.
“Ang ganda ng layunin ng Community Pantry ngunit ang mga ito ay binibigyan pa rin ng ibang kahulugan. Akala ba namin tumatawag kayo ng pagkakaisa pero kayo ang gumagawa ng issue para magkaroon ng palaisipan ang taong-bayan. Ginagamit nyo na naman ang Trial of Publicity para sa inyong propaganda.”
Another netizen laments and at the same time debunks the narrative that the community pantry is a sign of desperation.
“HOW EVIL ARE ANTI-GOV’T GROUPS? The Community Pantries popping up everywhere is a sign of Bayanihan and of Filipinos being helpful to each other during this pandemic PERO PATI YAN DI NILA PINALIGTAS GAMITIN SA PAMUMULITIKA!….More than 10 people interviewed by GMA for contributing and benefiting from it and none has mentioned na dahil yan sa “walang ginagawa ang gobyerno”. Rather all of them were saying “tulong tulong tayo.”
“Only a person devoid of wisdom would think that he should rely on the government on everything he needs! . Community pantries is a smart initiative to help the people and the government, ” this netizen proclaims.
