Netizen lawyer cites 4 brilliant reasons to clear some misconceptions regarding Chinese workers in PH casinos

The invasion of Chinese workers, particularly in the gambling industry in the PH, has armed critics to attack the Duterte government.

If you look at the engagement by the post of the FB Page Bantay Nakaw Coalition on the so-called POGO Island in Kawit, Cavite, the opposition trolls has somewhat succeeded in convincing quite a number of netizens that the Chinese are indeed out to take jobs from Filipinos in the online gaming industry.

But thanks to lawyer Trixie Cruz-Angeles, a staunch Duterte supporter, for taking a time off from her busy schedule and crafted a brilliant explanation to clear some of the misconceptions about the Chinese workers in the PH online (offshore) gaming industry.

Hopefully, the momentum gained by the opposition trolls in the last few weeks riding on the POGO issue is obliterated with one brilliant rebuttal from the DDS camp. Of course, this depends how far lawyer Trixie Cruz-Angeles FB post travels in social media.

So without farther adieu, I encourage you to read lawyer Trixie Cruz-Angeles’ brilliant explanation on the POGO Island and Chinese workers invasion issue and hopefully, the trolls will move on and think of another issue to accuse against the Duterte admin.

Maraming hanash dito,so lets just clear some of the misconceptions.

First. The Chinese are hired because the games’ target consumers are Chinese gamblers. Offshore ito. Hindi Pinoy gamblers ang gumagamit nito, so the employees who deal with the customers must be Chinese speakers.

In accordance with the law, Pinoys are hired first, before foreigners.

Mas efficient at less likely yung corruption.

Third.

Fourth. And mga isyu ng behavior nila ay posibleng administrative (within the company) or police matter. Dapat nireport at inaaksyonan.
