Proof of de Lima & Janet Napoles meeting before latter surrendered to Pnoy in Malacanang

Two former NBI officials were dismissed from service in 2014 allegedly because they tipped Janet Napoles of her impending arrest which they vehemently denied.

Based on the old interview of de Lima on TV, she said the two NBI officials were dismissed because they served at the pleasure of the President.

Illegal yung ginawa ni de Lima sa amin. Career officials kami ni Lasala e. Wala kaming kaso, hindi kami naimbestigahan. Wala kaming trial. Ura-urada pinalitan kami. Walang due process doon. Yung dinadaing nya walang due process kalokohan yun. Siya ang tagagawa nun.

Former NBI deputy directors Reynaldo Esmeralda and Ruel Lasala accused another NBI colleague as the Napoles’ tipsters – NBI Deputy Director Rafael Ragos.

According to NBI Deputy director Esmeralda, Janet Napoles visited the NBI accompanied by de Lima’s former husband Atty. Plaridel Bohol, and two other lawyers, including Freddie Villamor when Janet Napoles met with then-NBI director Nonnatus Rojas.

He said a CCTV footage shows Napoles’ visit to the NBI, which the two dismissed NBI officials presented to reporters.

Meanwhile, Deputy Director Esmeralda told TV5 that he was already in possession of evidences linking then DOJ Secretary de Lima to the illegal drug trade in Bilibid at that time, but but was cut short when he was suddenly dismissed from service for no apparent reason.

He also confirmed the special closeness of de Lima and her driver Ronie Dayan.

Meanwhile, Senator de Lima accused the two former NBI officials of someone with an axe to grind.
