According to the vendors who were questioned by the National Parks Development, they were paid to pose as if they were selling or buying Chinese flags.
However, there are some people including radio personality and blogger Mark Lopez who believed there is more than meets the eye and wants this investigated.
In a Facebook post, Lopez called on the PNP to check a Facebook page of Nerisa del Rio, if they want to unravel the person behind the “Luneta vendors selling replica of Chinese flags” stunt.
Lopez attached a screenshot photo of the social media post of del Rio, whom he suspect as the person who holds the key in unmasking the culprit or culprits.
Lopez hunched was based on del Rio’s post which goes like this:
Sino kaya ang promotor sa pagtitinda ng Chinese flags? Independence day…Dapat bandila ng Pilipinas ang nakadisplay hindi ang bandila ng tsekwa. Sarap magmura.
Lopez’s suspicion was further reinforced after learning that del Rio and Alejano, Trillanes are not just friends but appears to be close friends.
Another netizen dug up del Rio’s social media accounts and look what the netizen found! Photos of del Rio with LP personalities.
