According to her, Chinglo Rosales is the #1 drug personality in Naga City, VP Leni Robredo’s hometown.
Si Victor “Chinglo” Rosales ay ang #1 drug personality raw sa kanilang region. Siya ang #1 most wanted daw sa Naga City.
Si Chinglo ang leader ng Chinglo Drug Group na siyang nagpapatakbo ng kalakaran ng shabu sa Naga City at sa mga karatig nitong municipality sa Camarines Sur. Naaresto siya noong April 2015 lang.
Her source revealed that Chinglo Rosales has been an untouchable in Naga City for a long time because a brother was a given a position in the Naga City Dangerous Drugs Board.
Pero ang sabi sa akin ng isang taga Naga City, sa napaka-habang panahon untouchable itong si Chinglo. Eh papaano nga naman hindi magiging untouchable, ang kapatid nitong si RAOUL TIMARIO ROSALES, a.k.a. Jackpot, ay nabigyan pa ng katungkulan na pamunuan ang Naga City Dangerous Drugs Board.
Blogger Sass wants Chinglo Rosales arrested so that he will reveal his long-time protector in Naga City.
So, nasaan si Chinglo raw ngayon? Pakantahin daw si Chinglo para malaman ng taumbayan kung sino ang kanyang naging government protector sa napaka-habang panahon!
Before ending her post, Ms. Sasot relayed a word to VP Robredo’s spokeswoman and wrote:
At ako’y nagtatanong lamang Georgina Hernandez, alam ba ni VP Robredo ang activities nitong si Chinglo sa Naga City? Iyon lang po!
Meanwhile, according to the website BicolMail, “Rosales is the brother to ex-Barangay Chief and former City Councilor Raoul Rosales who ran and won under the “Ubos kun Ubos” 2007 ticket of the late Jesse M. Robredo.”
Raoul Rosales is the same person named by blogger Sass Sasot earlier as the one given the position at Naga City Dangerous Drug Board.
