When the news that the Office of the Ombudsman withdrew the usurpation of power raps filed against Noynoy Aquino, I was shocked and at the same time saddened by the turn of events.
My thinking was, Noynoy was getting away with murder re Mamasapano tragedy.
But thanks to radio personality and blogger Mark Lopez for the reassuring words there is nothing to worry about.
In fact, anyone who wants to see Noynoy punished for the Mamasapano tragedy, should rejoice.

Bakit minamadali? Kasi itong kaso ng graft and usurpation of official duties ay ang pinaka mahinang kaso na puede isampa against Noynoy. And gusto kagad na patakbuhin ni Conchita yang kaso sa Sandiganbayan dahil ang most likely result nyan ay dismissal ng kaso.
At pag na dismiss na sa Sandiganbayan yan, then hindi na puede ulet litisin pa si Noynoy sa Mamasapano incident, under the legal precept of double jeopardy.
