T@ng@! — Lawyer’s reaction on Teddy Casino’s definition of “red-tagging”, calls red lipstick campaign epic fail

“T@NG@!”

This is how Atty. Nick Nañgit of the FB page Nick Nañgit – NCN Law described Teddy Casino’s joining the #NoToRedTagging campaign on Twitter.

Atty. Nick called Casino’s rant a big a non-sense. Atty. Nick slammed Casino for creating own definition of red-tagging which the latter said is wrong and must be resisted.

Atty. Nick asked Casino to cite a law that says red-tagging is unlawful and what intimidation it will result?

“Aber, anong batas ang nagbabawal diyan, at anong pananakot ang idinudulot niyan?!”

Atty. Nick wondered why Casino and colleagues are scared of getting red-tagged?

“At saka, bakit ka/kayo natatakot ma red-tag ha?”

Atty. Nick lamented that all Casino does is make conclusions, try all his might to connect legitimate advocacies, beliefs and philosophies to the atrocities of the communist group.

Atty. Nick said this is their style to drag those who are trying to live in peace, like the farmers and use intimidation tactics to these people that someone get k*lled if they are red-tagged.

“Tologo long, hoh?!” Atty. Nick asked.

Atty. Nick cross-examined Casino, peppering the latter with questions like who started the red-tagging phenomenon, who ordered the k*llings of our youths, women and the lumads by using them as baits in encounters with government troops? Who wants to bring down the government, and supplant democratically elected government?

Atty. Nick ended the FB post by sharing his honest opinion on Teddy Casino wearing a lipstick.
