A Facebook post berating Mar Roxas for alluding at the Duterte government as “kulelat” (bottom dweller) now that he is a senior citizen, goes viral.
Roxas said this is not the case when he was born because the country was “hinahangaan” or being looked up to.
The meme bannering Roxas’ statement has triggered Facebook netizen Benjie Daisy Contreras who wasted no time in reminding the former senator and high ranking Cabinet official of the Pnoy administration that before pointing fingers, they should look at the mirror themselves.
In anger, Contreras remarked that Roxas the Wharton graduate is indeed stupid who does not know how to analyze things.
Contreras explained to Roxas that the country continues to wallow in poverty because of government officials like him who are corrupt and favor their cronies.
Contreras said that the country was progressive and prosperous during the Marcos presidency but things changed when their party mates came to power who were corrupt and pro-oligarchs. This trend started at the time of Cory Aquino and continued until the presidency of BS Aquino III.
Contreras lamented that the country is just starting to recover because of the programs of PRRD.
Contreras stated that Roxas is running for a senate seat and trying his might to fool the public once again.
However, Roxas and his friends are doomed to fail because the people are now woke and the the proof? Well, Roxas was rejected in the election polls twice.
