What happens after Duterte? Manila Bulletin writer answers dreaded question in viral FB post, rallies fellow DDS to support Cha Cha!

We all worry about something like money, lovelife, work and family.

But as DDS, we share the same worry and that is, what happens after Duterte.

Manila Bulletin writer and DDS blogger Krizette Laureta Chu essentially captured the sentiments of fellow DDS in a viral Facebook post.

Chu said she worried that illegal dr^gs will once again flood our streets, government workers will switch back to their Juan Tamad mode and those in position will stop caring for the common man after the old man leaves Malacanang.

However, Chu said that instead of worrying of something beyond our control, DDS should focus our collective energy to help in spreading the word that THE ONLY LASTING CHANGE can be achieved through changing this useless constitution as well as the system of governance.

Chu argued that if Isko Moreno has triggered competitiveness among fellow Mayors, imagine what it could when replicated all over the country in a Federal Philippines.

Chu ended the FB post by rallying DDS to channel their fear of a post Duterte PH into action and support ALL calls to change this constitution that restricts our economy.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER DUTERTE?

We’re all worried and afraid of the day that Duterte steps down from office. Babaha ulit ng drugs sa kalye, tatamad tamad ulit yung mga trabahador sa gobyerno, wala na namang malasakit sa maliliit na Pilipino ang mga nasa posisyon.

Right now, we feel that all we can do is hope. Hope that Sara, or Paolo my love so sweet, decide to take over. But what if they don’t? Hindi naman natin hawak ang buhay nila. (Unfortunately for me.)

Duterte has always been a visionary, anticipating problems before they happen or even how his opponents would react.

Which is why sobrang sobrang sobrang importante that the 97 percent who love Duterte or at least do not hate him, help in spreading the word that THE ONLY LASTING CHANGE can be achieved through changing this useless constitution.

Napag iwanan na tayo ng panahon because our rules and laws are archaic.

Duterte has been pro federalism at nag iikot ikot yan kahit Mayor pa sya to spread the word about how important empowering each region is. He knows the only way to effect lasting change is to change the constitution as well as the system of governance.

If you think Mayor Isko is triggering competitiveness among his fellow Mayors for being a good public servant, can you imagine that happening on a grander scale all over the PH as we pukpok our public servants, who will be running their provinces with more power and more responsibility as they try to fix their areas?

Federalism is good because it decentralizes power from one entity, and if you’re anti Duterte, you should even be supporting federalism because you see how powerful he is, owning Congress and Senate and the judiciary.

Eh paano kung salbaheng tao yan, e di wala na?

Please channel your fear of a post Duterte PH into action. Let’s support ALL calls to change this constitution that restricts our economy. Let’s support ALL calls to change the system that never served the people well.

This last three years, stop na tayo umasa kay Duterte. Tayo naman ang kumilos para hindi masayang yung pinagpaguran ng tao.

OK lang?
